You can select from our several models of homes that fit your style and lifestyle or we can custom design and build your home. We can help you choose paint colors, finishes, trim, fixtures and more. Our interior designers are available to lend a hand when it comes to this process too. Our great vendor relationships and buying efficiency allow us to purchase hundreds of the best-looking, most enduring elements for your home at a better price than you would pay on your own.
3. Financing Made Simple. Once you have made your choices, we will create a comprehensive price quote and all you'll need is a 20% down payment of the project price. One big difference between Fairfield Homes and other builders is that we secure project financing and lock in your costs as opposed to you having to chase down the funding yourself. If any unexpected events occur during the project, we will absorb them instead of you.
4. Lot. Plan. Permit. We'll do all of the work for you when it comes to securing lots, plans and permits. From handling city permits to finalizing home plans for approval to securing your desired lot, you can leave it all to our team at Fairfield Homes. We'll just need your authorizations and signatures, but that's it.
