I bought a Fairfield Home this year and couldn't be happier. It's a beautiful new home, of course, but it was also built better-than-code in ways that give me confidence there won't be maintenance issues for a long time. The level of service before, during and after the close has also been great. I don't plan on moving for a long time, but if I did I'd definitely reach out to Fairfield.
We inherited a mid-century ranch from our folks in 2024. They had purchased it 1992 from owners who had put on additions for a kitchen and family room in the 80’s. Since then, only the main bathroom had been improved, the rest of the house was maintained, but left as is. We saw the potential of the place and together we set to work dreaming. We found the perfect partners for our journey in Renovations by Fairfield. The whole staff, from management to creative design to artisan craftsmen, worked to make our dreams a reality. Every room in the house got improved under their care. And today we are the proud owners of an amazing home! Thank you, Kevin and Scott and the whole Fairfield team for your hard work and dedication to your craft! We LOVE our “new” home and look forward to making many wonderful memories in the coming years!

My husband and I had given up on our dream of building a new construction home in Arlington Heights when we came across Fairfield Homes. We knew Fairfield was the builder for us after our first meeting with Kevin. He gave us a detailed proposal, broke down the cost which came in significantly under what other builders had quoted us. Fairfield handled all of the permits, demolition and unforeseen expenses which took the burden off of us. When it came time for the build, the Fairfield team guided us every step of the way and took the stress out of this huge endeavor. Kevin and Scott were very responsive to our questions or concerns no matter how redundant or small. There's showroom with enough selections to give choice but not overwhelm. Stephanie the designer is there to guide in selections and exhibits extreme patience! The team was very accommodating with the changes we made throughout our project. Fairfield remain as responsive today as they were during our build. We couldn't be happier with our experience and new home. I can't imagine using any other builder!
